    • You must create an account to use the app.
    • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

    • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
    • You must not misuse the Services, including, but not limited to, spamming, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the Services.
    • All users receive a 14-day free trial upon registration. No payment information is required to begin the trial. To continue using the Services after the trial ends, you must provide valid payment information and activate a paid subscription. If no payment method is added, access to the Services will be suspended at the end of the trial.
  3. Ownership of User Data
    • You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Services, including transaction records, budgets, and financial goals (“User Data”).
    • By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
  4. Service Availability
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
  5. Pricing
    • Details of current pricing are available in the app and on our website.
    • All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If renewal payment fails and the subscription expires, access to the Services will be suspended until payment is completed.
  6. Prohibited Conduct
    • You must not:
      • Use the Services for illegal purposes.
      • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  7. Termination of Accounts
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
      • Misuse of the Services.
      • Violating these Terms of Use.
      • Any reason at our sole discretion.
    • If your account is deleted, your subscription will be canceled immediately. No refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription time. If you return later, you must create a new account and re-subscribe.

    • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
    • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from your use of the Services.

    • We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
